TONI&GUY - THE INTERNATIONAL COMPANY

Unlike many franchise operations, TONI&GUY offer opportunities within the existing TONI&GUY team for staff to further their careers within the company. Uniquely, it is only possible to take on a TONI&GUY Salon in Ireland if you are an established staff member already working for the group.



The structure of the company is such that every new junior, stylist or technician who joins TONI&GUY, regardless of their previous experience and expertise, will have to undergo a retraining programme



which involves an extensive and globally-approached system. This ensures each and every TONI&GUY team



member, speaks the same language in terms of the TONI&GUY ethos.

The very best training is given both in London and Dublin. Thus the structure of the company is that



anybody can join and progress through to the highest level, and with the name TONI&GUY behind them,



can work anywhere in the world. They don't have to remain in Ireland, they can set their sights further afield.

When you think that the very first TONI&GUY salon opened in London in 1963 and by 1988 there were



just four, it is staggering that there are now over 300 TONI&GUY salons worldwide! This offers a



great deal of scope for everybody who trains and works within the company.

Such is the growth in Ireland, that similarly, Alan Boyce opened in Dublin in 1993 with six staff and



has seen this grow in ten years to nine salons and in excess of 300 staff.

There are now TONI&GUY salons in: CORK; GALWAY; LIMERICK; WATERFORD; NAAS, KILDARE; BLACKROCK,



DUBLIN; DAME STREET, DUBLIN; CLARENDON STREET, DUBLIN; LISBURN ROAD, BELFAST, WELLINGTON PLACE,



BELFAST and the sibling sister salons ESSENSUALS in SOUTH ANNE STREET, DUBLIN & ESSENSUALS in



WASHINGTON STREET, CORK.

The secret of TONI&GUY’s success lies in their training programmes - no one goes on the floor unless



they are a hot shot stylist or technician; their ability to appeal to a wide range of clientele -



catering for young, street cred individuals, through to top film and media stars (Jason Patric,



Natasha Richardson, Appletone sisters, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Patrick Kielty, Lisa Stansfield, Mel
